The customer agrees not to hold A-1Wholesale Tool
responsible for any delay caused in whole, or in
part, by circumstances beyond A-1Wholesale Tool’s
reasonable control, including but not limited to
force majeure, delays by carriers or delays in
shipment or receipt of materials from suppliers. A-1
Wholesale Tool will not be liable under
any circumstance for consequential or incidental
damages arising out of or in connection with your
order.
If an item is back ordered the item will be shipped
to you as soon as it becomes available. You may call
or email us at any time to the status of the
existing order.
All cancellations of orders must be approved by A-1
Wholesale Tool and are subject to penalties
associated with such cancellation, if applicable.
A-1 Wholesale Tool will not accept return goods
without an approval goods authorization (RGA)
number. Goods returned for any reason will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Under no
circumstances will return goods be accepted after 30
days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are
not refundable under any circumstance. Unauthorized
or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned
merchandise must be in original factory condition
with original packing slip, packing materials, and
warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
A-1 Wholesale Tool is not responsible for
typographical errors in pricing or product
information. You will be notified within 1 business
day via-e-mail if this should happen. Occasionally
products are discontinued by manufactures with
little or no notice. If this should happen with an
item that you have ordered we will contact you
within 1 business day to let you know if there are
other options. If there are no other options we will
cancel that item.
When ordering a product you agree to pay any
shipping costs, duties, storage costs, customs or
fees required by your government or the shipper
(Your local customs office or post office should be
able to tell you what the fees will be.) In the
event of a return you will be refunded the cost of
the tool only and must pay the return shipping.
Orders that are NOT shipped to the billing address
of the credit card will require payment by Wire
Transfer of Funds (you are responsible for any costs
or fees that may incur with the wire transfer of
funds). You may be required to verify your identity
by faxing a copy of your credit card and a photo ID
to a-1wholesaletool.com at 402-571-6369.
A-1 Wholesale Tool is not responsible for the
privacy policies, content, or practices of such
other web sites or their owners or operators.
We will email you an acknowledgement when we receive
your order. Orders are processed during regular
business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm cst.
Most items ship within 24 - 48 business hours of
receipt of your order and will arrive in 5 - 7
business days from shipping date. If an item is back
ordered the item will be shipped to you as soon as
it becomes available. You may call or email us at
any time to the status of the existing order. Items
are shipping from Omaha or nearest factory or
stocking warehouse. Shipping to the lower 48 states
is standard ground. Expediting your order is
available when checking out.
UPS WILL NOT
DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.
All military addresses, ie: APO, FPO, APO AE etc.
will be shipped Priority Mail and will require extra
shipping costs up to $10.00. By placing an order you
agree to these additional costs that may appear as a
delayed transaction.

cost. International orders cannot be placed online

We Accept VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN
EXPRESS and Bank Wires.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All
orders are subject to final acceptance by A-1
Wholesale Tool. All price quotations, unless
otherwise stated, expire 30 days from quotation
date. Quoted prices do not include shipping fees or
applicable taxes. International shipments may be
subject to import duties and fees, consult you
customs office for any possible charges. Orders
shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI and Guam will
incur additional shipping charges.
Tax A-1 Wholesale Tool is required by law to collect
sales tax on shipments within the state of Nebraska.
There will not be any sales tax charged to orders
billed and shipped to other states

under our control. All data is encrypted using
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). A-1 Wholesale Tool does
not sell or rent customer information to third
parties. We may share personal information with our
business partners in order to service, repair, or

Shortages, damaged or defective goods must be
reported to A-1 Wholesale Tool within 2 business
days of receipt of shipment. Claims for goods lost
or damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier
Individual Manufacturers specifically Detail
Warranties and Warranty Repairs. No additional
warranties are written or implied.
